Thank you for choosing The Old Orchard Your booking will be confirmed by telephone or email Terms A deposit of £150 is required to confirm a booking.  This will be held until after visitors leave and will be returned/cancelled within one week of departure if accommodation is left reasonably clean, tidy and with no loss or damage. Full hire cost is due 4 weeks prior to commencement of the stay.  If the booking is made within these 4 weeks then payment in full and deposit is due upon booking .  In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be returned.  Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday (in High Season) however, we are flexible.  Occupation is from 4pm on day of arrival and property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and are expected to look after all fixtures, fittings and equipment during their stay.  They are also expected to leave the property in a clean condition.  Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge although you may wish to bring your own beach towels.  Any losses or breakages must be paid for – an inventory will be available should guests wish to check upon arrival.  Any missing or damaged items should be reported without delay. The Old Orchard carries a No Smoking Policy inside the property.
